Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · June 2026
1. Service overview
Argus provides AI executive assistant setup, hosted assistant operations, and integration support for approved clients. The service may connect to messaging platforms, Google Workspace, email providers, calendar systems, AI model APIs, and other tools chosen for the client profile.
2. User authorization
Clients are responsible for authorizing only accounts and integrations they control or are permitted to connect. Argus will use OAuth tokens, API keys, and other credentials only to provide the requested assistant functionality and operational support.
3. Google Workspace access
When a user connects Google Workspace, Argus may access Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks only within the scopes approved by the user during OAuth consent. Users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
4. Human approval for outbound actions
By default, client-visible outbound actions such as sending emails, creating calendar invites, or messaging third parties are expected to follow user instruction or approval. Clients may configure automation rules for low-risk recurring actions, but those rules should be documented for the profile.
5. Third-party services
Argus depends on third-party services including hosting providers, messaging platforms, Google APIs, email providers, and AI model APIs. Those providers process data under their own terms and may affect service availability.
6. No guarantee of perfect output
Argus is an AI-assisted service. It can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or be affected by third-party outages. Users should review important outputs and maintain independent records for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
7. Contact
Questions about these terms or the Argus service can be sent to support@withargus.ai or raised with the client’s Argus operator.
